Wonderful. From first contact on the phone and first meeting I felt very comfortable with you. I felt that you were very open and honest and were realistic with the 2 houses you showed me. The actual house sale went very smoothly from my perspective & I felt you definitely made me less nervous on my first home purchase. I also appreciated your flexibility as it all happened over a Sat/Sunday! You were very professional and made me feel extremely relaxed; an altogether happy home owner!! What can I improve?
I honestly can say that I can't think of anything! I was very happy with every aspect from the house visit, purchase and negotiation, home inspection, recommendation of mortgage/lawyer, additional home visit & numerous recommendations & advice on home renovation/improvements and local numbers/contacts!! You are very easy to talk to & made each contact very enjoyable.
